Article 5 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer Client has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. However, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium whose execution has begun with the express consent of the Client and for which they have expressly waived their right of withdrawal. By placing an order, the Client acknowledges that the execution of the service begins immediately after payment and expressly waives their right of withdrawal once the LinkedIn activation email has been sent.
Article 6 — Refund policy
In the event of activation failure attributable to the Provider (non-receipt of the activation email within five (5) hours, invalid or non-functional email), the Client will be fully refunded within twenty-four (24) hours following the acknowledgment of the failure. The refund will be made to the payment method used at the time of the order. In the event that the Client provides an incorrect or non-existent email address, the Provider will make a new activation attempt within a reasonable time after communication of the correct address. No refund will be granted when the activation has been successfully completed and the Client has received the official LinkedIn email. Under no circumstances shall the Provider be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation loss of profit, data, or business opportunities.
